A divine mandate is a heaven-ordained instruction or commission from God. It carries authority, purpose, and responsibility. It is not optional. It is divine in origin and eternal in implication.
Every body has a divine assignment, a calling, a purpose, a work given by God to fulfill on earth. Our response to that assignment determines how fruitful, fulfilled, and faithful we are in our walk with God. The Bible is filled with men and women who were called by God and whose responses shaped history and destiny. Likewise, our response today matters to God and to the world around us.
God created man and all non living and living things for his pleasure, to fulfill His will .
[11]Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created."
Life is not worth living if great and godly decisions have not been taken. The greatest decision of life is to follow the LORD'S beading.
Blessed are they who have decided to partner with God in service. Happy they shall be who acknowledges Him in all their ways.
Those who trust in the LORD with all their heart; and rely not in their own understanding. The Lord promised to direct their paths and show them His salvation.
From the beginning of time, God has given divine mandates—clear instructions or assignments rooted in His will and purpose. These mandates are not suggestions; they are sacred commands given to individuals, families, nations, and the Church for the fulfillment of God’s agenda on earth. The way we respond to these divine mandates determines the impact of our lives, our obedience to God, and the legacy we leave behind.
THE LORD'S PROMISE ON GOING AND COMING IN.
[6]Blessed shalt thou be when thou comest in, and blessed shalt thou be when thou goest out.
[8]The LORD shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in from this time forth, and even for evermore.
[9]I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture.
[3]And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.
[13]Thou shalt tread upon the lion and adder: the young lion and the dragon shalt thou trample under feet.
[14]Because he hath set his love upon me, therefore will I deliver him: I will set him on high, because he hath known my name.
[15]He shall call upon me, and I will answer him: I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him, and honour him.
[16]With long life will I satisfy him, and shew him my salvation.
NO RETREAT NO SURRENDER.
God dislikes feeble mindedness, slothfulness, inconsistency and lukewarmness.
He loves steadfastness, consistency, diligency , fervency and faithfulness.
[61]And another also said, Lord, I will follow thee; but let me first go bid them farewell, which are at home at my house.
[62]And Jesus said unto him, No man, having put his hand to the plough, and looking back, is fit for the kingdom of God.
[1]Thou therefore, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus.
[2]And the things that thou hast heard of me among many witnesses, the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also.
[3]Thou therefore endure hardness, as a good soldier of Jesus Christ.
[4]No man that warreth entangleth himself with the affairs of this life; that he may please him who hath chosen him to be a soldier.
STEWARDS OF GOD'S MYSTERIES
Ministers of the gospel, all the redeemed of the LORD in their various ministerial capacities are stewards of the mysteries of God.
They are required to be dedicated to duty and faithful in their services to God.
They are expected to stand in their duty posts discharging their mandate responsibilities, with love for God and humanity, and without compromise, fear or favour.
[1]Let a man so account of us, as of the ministers of Christ, and stewards of the mysteries of God.
[2]Moreover it is required in stewards, that a man be found faithful.
HONOUR FROM GOD THE FATHER
[26]If any man serve me, let him follow me; and where I am, there shall also my servant be: if any man serve me, him will my Father honour.
[45]Who then is a faithful and wise servant, whom his lord hath made ruler over his household, to give them meat in due season?
[46]Blessed is that servant, whom his lord when he cometh shall find so doing.
[47]Verily I say unto you, That he shall make him ruler over all his goods.
[16]Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you."
[30]Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified.
REWARDS TO UNFAITHFUL SERVANTS
Life is a gift from God and every single person must give account of what he or she has done with his or her life.
[10]For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad.
[48]But and if that evil servant shall say in his heart, My lord delayeth his coming;
[49]And shall begin to smite his fellowservants, and to eat and drink with the drunken;
[50]The lord of that servant shall come in a day when he looketh not for him, and in an hour that he is not aware of,
[51]And shall cut him asunder, and appoint him his portion with the hypocrites: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
THE NIGHT IS COMING.
The silent night is coming when activities shall cease and previous activities would become history.
At night people go home from work.
Time to return home is coming.
The way to the prepared and the furnished home is Jesus Christ the way, the truth and the life.
No one enters it without partnerships with Jesus.
Do it Now, if you have not. Believe him, repent from your sins, call on him, surrender your life to Him to be your Lord and Master.
HEAVEN A HOME PREPARED FOR PREPARED PEOPLE.
