John 5:17 KJV. "But Jesus answered them, My Father worketh hitherto, and I work."
The word of God is infallible, cannot return to God without accomplishing the mission.
HOW HE WORKS.
Proverbs 30:5 KJV "Every word of God is pure: he is a shield unto them that put their trust in him."
The Word of God is referred to as "he" and "him". The is because the word is God. Jesus is the Word of God made flesh, that is born in human form who dwelt among us.
John 1:14 KJV "And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth."
The Word work's for the people who activates the word. So how can somebody activate the word?
ACTIVATION OF THE WORD.
The Word is activated by faith and faith based actions. It works when believed and acted upon.
1 Thessalonians 2:13 KJV "For this cause also thank we God without ceasing, because, when ye received the word of God which ye heard of us, ye received it not as the word of men, but as it is in truth, the word of God, which effectually worketh also in you that believe."
The word is activated or made to work by faith and faith based actions.

Romans 2:13 KJV "(For not the hearers of the law are just before God, but the doers of the law shall be justified." You want to be successful in that God's given assignment, in that duty or venture, in that profession, as an office holder, as a politician, in that ministry etc Activate the word. BE A DOER OF THE WORD.
